Business Rules :
1. If you want to placement with cancel order then first you need to reinitiate the cancel order.
2. Once order is confirmed you can not cancel any order.
Steps :
1. Open Manage Orders module.
2. Click on cancel button in action column.
3. Select reason for cancel order and click on Cancel Order.
