Business Rules :
1. Need to update minimum 3 broker rates.
2. Finalize with lowest rate only.
- If your rate is higher than others ,You can not finalize.
3. Finalize – Lead by PC with lowest Rate only .
- If rate is added by PC1 and rate is low then only PC1 is finalize for that Order
- PC2 Or any Other PC can not finalize that order.
4. If you want to finalize with express no need to update 3 brokers rate.
Steps :
1. Open Manage Order module.
2. Click on the Finalize button.
- Add Vehicle Number(Format XX00XX0000,XX0XX0000)
- Add Driver Number(10 Digits)
- Add Drive Name(Non-Mandatory)
- Add Vehicle Reporting time and date. (Do not select past date)
3. Click on the Submit button.
