Question 1: At PC Screen brokers not displaying?
Answer : Please check your From/To location and check your vehicle type.
Broker is only visible when Region and vehicle type is matched.
Question 2 : What is the difference between a rejected vehicle and reject order?
Answer : Rejected vehicle – Issue with book vehicle.
You can also reassign vehicle for that order and status is display as a pending placement
Reject order – Issue with order placement.
You can not do placement for Reject Order and status is display as rejected
Question 3 : Why is broker History not available?
Answer : Broker History is only available when previous at-least one confirmed order with the same location and the same vehicle type.
Question 4 : How to add multiple regions for broker?
Answer : 1. Open Manage Brokers module.
2. Click on Update button.
3. Click on Add region.
4. Select Base Region and Active Region.
5. Click on the Update button.
Question 5 : What is the difference between cancel order and reject order?
Answer : If your order is pending then you can cancel the order and cancel order should be reinitiate with previous status.
E.g : If your is broker rate updated and you cancel that order.
After reinitiate order is display as broker rate updated status
Once the order is confirmed you can reject order. Reject order can not retrieve and can not reinitiate.
