How to add users on the RemoteXs portal

Methods to add Users on RemoteXs

  1. Single User addition

To add a single user follow the below steps:

  • Go to the Users tab, select Active users, and then click +New.
  • A new page will be displayed. Fill in all the details: Set the user’s First name, Last Name, Email, and temporary password. Select the user’s status as Active, the user’s role (if you want to create an admin account, select admin otherwise user), the user category, and the expiry date (optional). If you want to send the user a welcome email, check the box: send a welcome email to the user immediately upon creation. Once all of the information has been entered, click the submit button.
